Acturis launches integrated insurer webchat
Software specialists roll out offering with five insurers.
Acturis has launched integrated insurer webchat from its platform, Insurance Age can reveal.
The software specialists initially piloted the service with RSA.
It has now been expanded to include Allianz, Aviva, Axa and NIG as part of the imarket Live Chat initiative.
The technology company confirmed that other insurers are expected to participate in the near future.
Communication
The functionality will allow brokers to communicate with underwriters without leaving the Acturis application
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
