Axa in talks with Marsh over Bluefin sale
Deal is rumoured to be worth £300m.
Axa is in detailed talks to offload Bluefin, Sky News has reported.
According to the article published on Sunday 23 October, the insurer is in "advanced discussions" to sell Bluefin to broking giant Marsh.
The talks are reportedly focused on a deal worth approximately £300m, although terms and timing of the transaction are yet to be finalised.
Bluefin has 40 offices and 1,400 staff in the UK and operates Bluefin Network.
