Court case: Gallagher and Aston Scott “close to agreement”
Legal counsel for the two parties told the judge that a commercial deal was close and subject to finalisation.
The legal disagreement between Arthur J Gallagher and Aston Scott, Peter Blanc and Duncan Rogers may be settled out of court after legal counsel for both sides told the judge, Justice Soole, that the two parties were "close to agreement".
Justice Soole had been due to make his judgement following the preliminary hearing but was asked to hold this over as the claimants and defendants were on the cusp of agreeing a commercial deal.
