Integro buys Croton Stokes Wilson Holden
Specialist broker joins Integro’s London wholesale group.
Integro has continued its acquisition spree with the purchase of London-based firm Croton Stokes Wilson Holden for an undisclosed sum.
The Lloyd's broker, founded in 1988, is a specialist in the placement of North American Property business into the Lloyd's market, according to Integro.
The staff members of Croton Stokes Wilson Holden, including the management team, will join Integro as part of the firm's London wholesale group.
