Axa receives customer satisfaction accolade
Brokers' perception of the insurer was assessed by a consultancy.
Brokers have assessed Axa as being "exceptional", the highest rating, for customer satisfaction across its personal and commercial lines broker businesses following an assessment by a consultancy.
The provider said it has become the first insurer to receive a 3* (exceptional) rating for both intermediated businesses from Investor in Customers (IIC).
The consultancy assessed Axa on brokers' perception of the business against a number of benchmarks including understanding and meeting customer
