County Group buys George Williams Insurance Services
Acquisition is County Group's fourth in seven months.
The County Group has completed its fourth acquisition in seven months by buying Debigh-based insurance broker George Williams Insurance Services (GWI).
Founded in 1989, GWI is a £1.6m gross written premium broker with commercial insurance making up 85% of its trade according to The County Group.
The firm said its latest acquisition follows those of Heath Insurance, Brady & Jones and Chester Insurance Services in December, October and August of 2015 respectively.
