David Ross and colleagues Gallagher case settled for £20m
David Ross to join Towergate in November with Adrian Brown joining in September.
The court proceedings between Arthur J Gallagher and David Ross and others have been settled with Gallagher receiving £20m.
Gallagher will receive the money in two tranches - the first £10m is due this month and the second £10m is due in April next year.
Towergate will be responsible for £4m of each £10m payment.
A joint statement between Gallagher and related parties confirmed that "all legal action relating to this matter will cease".
As part of the settlement David Ross will now join
