CDL's profit soars by 153% to £5.5m

Software company's post-tax profit for the year to the end of September 2014 compares with £2.2m in 2013.

CDL Group's profit after tax for the financial year to the end of September 2014 more than doubled according to accounts filed at Companies House.

The software company's profit for that 12-month period was £5.5m - a rise of 153% from the £2.2m it posted in 2013.

CDL's group turnover for the year to the end of September was £34m set against £30.3m in the previous 12 months.

The accounts also show that the company's administrative staff rose slightly from 460 in 2013 to 466 a year later.
