Regulator to look into UK governance and control framework following management changes.

Arthur J Gallagher has warned of the possibility of fines or penalties following an Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) plan to review some aspects of its UK governance and control framework after changes to its top tier of management.

The information is contained in a quarterly report for the period to the end of March this year submitted by the American company to the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington DC.

Broking profits fall at Saga
