North Yorkshire broker charged with causing death through careless driving

Sean McClarron entered a not guilty plea at York Crown Court on Monday.

The head of a North Yorkshire broker business has appeared in court charged with causing the death of a motorcyclist through careless driving.

According to reports in The Scarborough News, Sean McClarron, the principal of McClarron Insurance Brokers pleaded not guilty to driving without due care and attention when he appeared at York Crown Court on Monday.
