Fraudster pleads guilty to fraud by false representation after selling fake car insurance to customers in the UK.

A consultant has pleaded guilty to 18 counts of fraud by false representation and one count of forgery at Southampton Crown Court following an investigation by the City of London Police's Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department (Ifed).

Jaymz William Charlton Clarke-Tomlinson, 33, of Shepherds Row in Andover, was arrested by detectives in November 2014 after selling invalid insurance via a phony company called Personal Touch Insurance.
