Jelf buys Beaumonts for initial £10.1m
Deal cost will rise by £8.28m if Ebitda targets hit.
Jelf has bought Yorkshire-based Beaumonts Insurance Group for £10.1m in cash with a further £8.28m to follow if annual Ebitda targets are hit.
The deal includes trading subsidiaries Beaumonts Insurance Brokers and Beaumonts (Leeds), plus the business and certain of the assets of Beaumonts Risk Management.
Beaumonts has offices in Bradford, Horsforth (near Leeds), Shrewsbury and Doncaster. Beaumonts Risk Management, based in Bradford, offers health and safety and employment law advisory services
