Heritage invests in Aro for schemes push

The provider has bought 40% of the schemes specialist's shares.

Aro Underwriting Group has sold 40% of its shares to Heritage Group in an investment deal.

The deal means that Heritage will continue to invest in the UK schemes specialist MGA over the next three years, working together with the Aro management team.

Aro managing director, James Bright, commented: "We have proved, over the past 12 months in particular, that our approach to schemes works well in the UK regional market.
