Cullum’s shareholding in Towergate drops to 20%
Advent’s holding jumps to 68%.
Towergate has confirmed that Peter Cullum's shareholding in the business has reduced dramatically to 20%.
At the time of the consolidator's annual company report for 2013, the principal shareholders of the group were Cullum, who owned 32.6% of the shares with voting rights and Advent International, which held 43.9% of the shares.
According to the 2013 report "the remaining 23.5% of the shares are widely dispersed".
However, the broking giant has now detailed that the current shareholding
