Axa completes merger of claims functions

New structure will lead to more effective and efficient work according to insurer.

Axa has completed the merger of its direct and intermediated claims functions and created four distinct service channels in the process.

The merger, which was first announced in September, will bring together 1,600 claims professionals and will be led by Chris Voller, director of claims for Axa commercial lines and personal intermediary.

Applied updates on commercial push
