Two new senior hires at Ecclesiastical
Tony Hutchins joins from Axa and Paul Messer joins from Allianz.
Ecclesiastical has appointed Tony Hutchins as new underwriting director for its UK general insurance business.
With over 35 years' worth of experience in the insurance industry, Hutchins takes on the role from Paul Bloxham who is retiring at the end of the year.
Hutchins was previously head of commercial property at Axa and prior to that he worked as property and risk director at Allianz. He will join Ecclesiastical's UK general insurance division's leadership team and report to deputy group
