Foulsham takes on advisor role at REG

Former head of technical services at Biba joins Regulatory Efficiency Gains.

Steve Foulsham has been appointed as an advisor at Regulatory Efficiency Gains (REG), an on-line due diligence platform for broker and agency management in insurance.

Foulsham retired from the role of head of technical services at the British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) at the end of April. He had been at the trade body since 2006 and was replaced by Mike Hallam.

Broking profits fall at Saga

Underlying profit before tax in Saga’s insurance broking arm fell to £39.8m for the year ended 31 January 2024, compared with £71.5m in the previous period.
