Benenden acquires Edinburgh broker
Keegan & Pennykid bought for undisclosed sum.
Benenden Health has announced the acquisition of Keegan & Pennykid Insurance Brokers for an undisclosed sum.
Keegan & Pennykid was established over 40 years ago and has 17 staff members.
Marc Bell, chief executive of Benenden, the mutual health provider, said: "I am delighted to welcome the directors and staff of Keegan & Pennykid into our organisation and look forward to working with them to grow our mutual community alongside our core healthcare service.
