Hyperion appoints NED
Ann Berresford joins as non-executive director.
Hyperion Insurance Group has appointed Ann Berresford as a non-executive director.
Berresford is a non-executive director of the Pensions Regulator and of Bath Building Society where she is a member of the audit and risk committees. She is also a non-executive director of Triodos Renewables plc where she chairs the audit committee, and an independent trustee to the UK local government Avon Pension Fund.
Berresford is a chartered accountant with extensive financial and risk management experience
