Ataraxia buys stake in Momentum
Network MD Pepper says business remains independent.
Ataraxia Broking has bought a 14.1% holding in Momentum Broker Solutions, Insurance Age can reveal.
The firm purchased 332 shares in the network in August 2013, which was revealed in documents filed at Companies House last month.
Market sources had previously speculated that Momentum was set to be bought by Ataraxia.
