Oamps appoints ex-Giles boss Sarah Lyons to Melbourne-based role
Former broker boss in global move to take up new commercial post.
Sarah Lyons, former group managing director of Giles Insurance Brokers, has been appointed as head of commercial broking at Oamps Insurance Brokers.
Lyons will be based in the broker’s Melbourne operation and will take up the new position in early 2014.
She has over 25 years’ experience in the UK and Ireland insurance market and was most recently chief finance and operations officer of UK Global Risk Solutions.
She stood down as group MD at Giles in 2012, just weeks before Brendan McManus was
