Almost 40 jobs at risk as RSA announces plans to "simplify"
Almost 40 RSA members of staff are facing redundancy following the insurer's announcement that it will "reshape" and "simplify" its commercial business.
The 38 jobs in question are based at the insurer's mid-market operation in Horsham, West Sussex, as RSA looks to move to a regional trading approach that "brings the best of RSA" to its brokers.
In a statement, the insurer confirmed: "We are establishing three trading centres in Birmingham, Glasgow and Manchester.
"Consolidating our operations teams into these three sites, where we have centres of excellence for mid-market customers and brokers, will help improve the service we offer."
