CCV makes double broker purchase
CCV acquired Morgan Brokers and its subsidiary M Wood Insurance Services, Insurance Age can reveal.
The firm has offices in Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Bridgend and will form part of CCV’s South region, led by regional managing director Joe Simmons.
Morgan’s managing director, Steve Thorrington, will remain with the business, along with all 40 staff members.
In addition, Towergate-owned CCV has bought Leamington Spa-based broker Newbold Barwick Associates, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Higginbotham Egan Insurance Services.
