Aviva creates app for Fast Trade online platform

Aviva has added an iPad app to its online trade platform Fast Trade in a move designed to provide brokers with the ability to ‘quote and buy' online in less than five minutes.

The insurer said the app - which was created following broker feedback - will give brokers the ability to offer a personalised quote when out of the office or visiting clients. 

Speaking about the app, Aviva intermediary operations director Sam Hudson said: "Fast Trade already offers 13 commercial auto-rated products online and the feedback from brokers has been fantastic.

Applied updates on commercial push

Applied Systems has confirmed Arch Insurance is about to enter the pilot phase of onboarding and will be live on the Applied Epic broker management system in April, with Iprism and Ark to follow and more promised in 2024.
