Zurich Private Clients claims team in CII success
All seven members of Zurich Private Clients’ claims team have achieved a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification.
The Manchester-based team are responsible for high net worth claims in motor, home and travel, and the qualifications attained range from the certificate in insurance up to the advanced diploma (ACII).
Susan Maloney, who is on the claims team, said: “We teamed up with a study buddy and organised lunchtime revision sessions. As well as encouraging each other and sharing ideas, the healthy competition definitely helped spur us on.
