Dual launches combined liability product
Dual Corporate Risks has launched a combined professional indemnity and products liability product for computer consultants and contractors.
Jennifer Martin, underwriting director for financial lines at Dual Corporate Risks, said: "This is the first time Dual Corporate Risks has offered a combined liability policy. In this instance we have identified computer consultants and contractors as policyholders who require a combined policy, due to the potential difficulty in this sector in determining whether a claim falls under professional indemnity or products liability.
