Axa online portal encourages discussion via social media sites
Axa has launched an online portal designed to allow personal lines brokers to discuss business issues and ideas with insurers and peers using social media channels such as Twitter, Linkedin and You Tube.
Partnerspace has been rolled out following a three-month trial involving 800 brokers, which resulted in the immediate sign-up of more than 200.
Managing director of personal lines intermediary at Axa, Mike Keating, said the team had already started to improve the service as a result of the feedback from the pilot and was confident that take-up among the broking community would continue to rise.
He said Axa had made considerable investment in its Independent Partner proposition and that
