Schemes: Allianz Insurance engineers R K Harrison contract win

Allianz Insurance has landed a five-year contract to underwrite wholesale broker R K Harrison's print and engineering schemes as the broker looks to broaden its appetite in the sector.

Stuart Rootham, director of R K Harrison, said: "We felt the time was right to tender these schemes and we were really pleased with the interest shown from the market, with several underwriters bidding for the business. Key drivers in our decision were our desire to keep both products at the cutting edge and deliver the best possible coverage for clients.

"This needs to be supported by an underwriter that can demonstrate the strongest possible underwriting appetite and breadth of capability
