E-commerce: Avanade's CRM solution aims to boost brokers
A new customer relationship management (CRM) solution has been released, which aims to maximise broker sales and cut the time it takes to train new staff.
CRM for Insurance Industry Solution has been designed by business technology services provider, Avanade, to gather information from multiple systems and consolidate it into Microsoft Outlook.
Julian Tomison, vice president of CRM Dynamics at Avanade, said: "Insurers have invested heavily in legacy systems but this doesn't help brokers. We have taken CRM and modified it for the insurance space with a focus on claims processing, administration and policies. We want to offer arms length
