Property owners' scheme for those deemed problematic
Lloyd's broker Tasker and Partners has launched a property owners' scheme designed to cater for those who have experienced difficulty obtaining cover in the economic downturn.
Property Owners Plus provides cover for groups such as social housing associations, local authorities and social landlords. The portfolio is available to commercial brokers throughout the UK and Ireland.
Tasker and Partners, which has been involved in this sector for more than 10 years, said the recent financial climate had created new challenges for brokers seeking to protect their clients' investments and new products were required to reflect this.
