Motor law tweaks to allow e-certificate distribution

Legislative changes allowing brokers to distribute motor insurance certificates to customers electronically should be in force by the end of April.

The regulations were due to be laid before Parliament at the time Insurance Age went to press, with the changes expected to be implemented on 30 April 2010.
