KGM Motor Insurance has appointed David Martin as fleet class underwriter. Mr Martin has joined the business from NIG where he was senior motor underwriter

Mr Martin will oversee the performance and development of KGM's fleet account both in terms of profitability and business volumes. He will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and managing relationships with key supporting brokers and will also manage the training and development of the fleet team.

Active underwriter, Colin Hart, commented: "I believe there is a significant opportunity to enhance our fleet business. David has a strong track record of developing fleet motor accounts including specialist classes as well as bringing new schemes to market and growing them successfully.
