S&P Direct hits market with four new schemes

Select & Protect has launched four affinity schemes under the company's newly created consumer-facing S&P Direct brand.

The company said that S&P Direct would initially be launched through four new affinity partnership schemes, which would include credit card companies and a credit union.

Broking profits fall at Saga

Underlying profit before tax in Saga’s insurance broking arm fell to £39.8m for the year ended 31 January 2024, compared with £71.5m in the previous period.
