Peter Hayman claims policy fills gap
Travel insurance specialist PJ Hayman has launched a new scheme for medical tourists, which it claims is the first policy of its kind to offer cover for complications.
Free Spirit Travel for Treatment, which is underwritten by Axa Insurance, provides cover for cosmetic surgery, dentistry and elective procedures and complications that occur abroad at least 48 hours and up to 31 days after treatment.
