Skills Council call for brokers to join competence project
The Skills Council for Financial Services is embarking on a new project for managers in small firms who are responsible for training and competence. The project will pilot a new national qualification - Managing Training and Competence.
The council said the qualification had been designed specifically to help smaller firms meet the regulatory requirements and address business needs.Participants will get a bespoke e-learning programme, supported by workshops, professional advice and mentoring; achievement of the Management of Training and Competence qualification; advice, guidance and assessment for Investors in People; a complimentary copy of the Skills Council's Industry Standards Toolkit 'Benchmarking Excellence'; and a £500
