Hiscox appoints chief operating officer
Hiscox has appointed of Michael Gould to the role of chief operating officer. Mr Gould will start at Hiscox on 9 June.
Reporting to Bronek Masojada, chief executive officer, Mr Gould will be responsible for operations, IT and property services across the Group. Mr Gould joins following five years at Aon where he was most recently the chief operating officer for the business’s Corporate division.
Prior to Aon, Mr Gould worked at American Express for 14 years in a variety of operations, IT, marketing and product development roles. Mr Masojada said: “Michael’s understanding of customer experience as it relates to
