▶ How did you get started in the insurance industry?
I was a financial adviser, looking after probably 1,000 clients. One of them told me that their son was going to a playschool where they had no accident cover and asked if I could help. I said yes while having absolutely no idea what it was or even where to get it. I started asking people and the reality was nobody really wanted to help me.
