Day 11
Sixty miles each way to the Grand Canyon. Not much I can say about this. Everybody knows what it is and it doesn't disappoint.

Some 285 miles to Las Vegas through the desert. This was tough - very hot. Thankfully, our support van followed with gallons of ice cold water. A word on clothing. We all started in Chicago wearing protective
