The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has published new guidance for brokers to highlight the potential pitfalls associated with limitation of liability clauses.

Facts about limitation of liability, which was driven by Biba's London Market Region Committee (LMRC), aims to clarify the issues surrounding the subject.

The publication outlines the regulatory and legal position as well as providing information on what a limitation of liability clause or agreement may contain.
