You'd have thought being a loss adjuster would be a thankless task. Called out to a case at the drop of a hat in wind, rain, sleet and snow with bad news for either party - you're either telling the claimant that they are not covered or you're telling the insurer they have to pay out. Either way, it would appear, you are the bearer of bad news.

But Keith Wise, head of major loss at Garwyn, doesn't see it that way. He loves his job and sees it as more than just making a decision either way. He
