A leading barrister has warned insurers and brokers that international criminals are increasingly targeting the insurance market and they are living on "borrowed time" as regulators will soon start to crack-down heavily. Jonathan Fisher, QC said: "You can be confident that money launderers will be using the Tsunami damage and reconstruction as cover. Insurers will be asked to underwrite all sorts of projects, and should not be blinded to the potential for many of these being a criminal front
