Using KC Partner's Commercial Connect system allowed Advantage Insurance Centres to manage its growing commercial business. The company explains that showing loyalty to its IT supplier has resulted in a mutually advantagous relationship as they both adapt to change
Advantage Insurance Centres, trading as Advantage Insurance and Riding Insurance, is a tele-broking company with offices in the north of England in Warrington, Leigh and Bury. It offers a range of insurance products including motor, home, motorcycle, holiday, liability and commercial. The team at Advantage service has over 9,000 policyholders and nearly 12,000 individual policies with over an 80% renewal retention rate.
