Motorcycling has enjoyed a surge in popularity in recent times; the boom years created more disposable income for 'new toys', and increasing congestion on the roads has encouraged car-drivers to move to two-wheeled transportation to beat the jams. Certainly the scooter has made a comeback to our roads in a very different form when compared to the nostalgic days of mods and rockers.
